TAS Education Suite – MOON 3.0_A2
A Strategic Knowledge Transformation Initiative for the AMANN Group
1. Strategic Context
MOON 3.0_A2 is a transformation programme of the Hanns A. Pielenz Foundation for the AMANN Group, executed by Gherzi Germany GmbH. The initiative builds on the original MOON 3.0 programme, which began as an internal AMANN UK Operations initiative. With the transition to MOON 3.0_A2, the strategic focus has been deliberately shifted toward TAS – Technical Advisory Services, addressing the “on-the-floor business”: the point in the value chain where AMANN products are actually applied, consulted on, and sold.
2. Project Objective
The project develops a structured, audience-tailored digital learning path system on the platform www.amann.education, designed to systematically transfer process knowledge along the entire textile value chain – from raw material to end application. The goal is to move AMANN’s technical expertise from being held by individuals to becoming a scalable, globally accessible competence asset.
3. Architecture 2026
The 2026 scope comprises seven Learning Streams, of which five are content-defined and two will be specified based on the existing AMANN material audit:
Learning Stream Scope
- 1 Value Stream Raw material to end application – understanding the value chain
- 2 Seam Defects Systematic documentation, visual diagnosis, corrective action
- 3 Material Damage Causes, detection, and assessment in processing
- 4 Embroidery / Punching Punching processes, quality parameters, defect remediation
- 5 Training PlanCompetence path Basic → Advanced → Expert
- 6 / 7 TBD Defined based on AMANN content audit
Each Stream is delivered in three consistent formats: Slideshow, Infographic, and Avatar Video with interactive Learnplays, and addresses three target groups: External / Public, Sales (internal), and TAS Experts (internal).
4. Expected Outcomes
A globally usable, modular Education Suite under the AMANN brand.
Measurable uplift in technical sales competence, consulting quality, and customer trust.
A scalable foundation for future TAS modules, onboarding programmes, and certification paths – positioning AMANN as a leading technical and solution-oriented partner in the global textile industry.

AMANN Group Portfolio
This nugget gives you the map. After working through it you can place any AMANN product, name the family that fits a customer requirement, and explain your choice in one sentence. No prior technical knowledge is needed.

AMANN Field Service Toolbox
AMANN field staff carry the toolbox because customers on the production floor expect immediate, informed and practical answers – and the kit enables rapid analysis, identification and problem-solving directly on site, serving as a visible demonstration of AMANN’s technical expertise and solution-oriented advice.
