Know the Thread. Win the Customer.
A customer asks why a seam opened after the second wash. Why one ticket number runs and the next one shreds. Why the thread is suspected first, when the needle did the damage. Whoever can answer that on the spot has a different conversation than whoever has to promise a callback.
The TAS Learning Stream builds that answer. It is the working knowledge of a technical advisor, made available to everyone who sits in front of a customer:
What the product actually is — how a thread is constructed, and why one is built for abrasion resistance and another for elongation. Not the catalogue, the logic behind it.
Why it holds in production — needle, tension, speed, material. The conditions that decide whether a thread performs or gets blamed.
How to put it into words — the argument in the customer’s own numbers, short enough to make standing at the machine.
The stream runs in self-contained modules of around 25 minutes. Each one ends where your work begins: with a case you can recognise again the next day on a shop floor.
